Motivational Thoughts – The Spark Of Your Burning Desire

Motivation Posters. Davis

As often as not we use motivational thoughts or motivational sayings for self-motivation. We all have situations when couple of sentences written by some great people can boost up our mood and possibility to make some steps towards what we want to accomplish. Same we can use them just for uplift ourselves in common with our friends or kinsman. No matter. If they can help us, it is just great.

However, there is a much more powerful thing or tool to use. It is very simple but do not understate it. Here it is – an old saying says that picture may be worth 1000 words. It is so! Look at sandwich boards along the street. Advertisers know what they do (sometimes:-)). Picture with some of yours past or present achievements can refill your soul and mind with an extra charge ten times powerful than a gallon of your favorite energy drink. Yet more! Get a picture find motivational sayings you like and link them together and you will get your own motivation posters that are powerful motivational tools.

Of course, it takes some effort to make it. Maybe it is easier to find some picture of paradise on the Internet and stick it to your desktop. However, it will be without you! It is not you! There are no you! There are only unfulfilled wishes and dreams that frustrated you. Better, make a montage in this case and embed you in this wonderful scene. If you will use pictures that warm your memory (some attainment in the past or current progress in some affair) to make your motivation posters it will help you move towards your goals or just give you a big feed of joy. In any case, take a picture, find a motivational saying and set up your motivation poster. It is so easy but powerful at the same time.

There are many ways to create your poster. You can make a simple MS Word A4 motivation poster with your picture and saying on it. You can use MS Powerpoint instead. Sometimes I use MS Movie Maker to make a motivational “video” by combining several pictures and text in order to perpetuate some exciting event (there’s no sense to keep heaps of pictures, which you do not view newer again but this is quite another story). So I have found one good resource on the Internet that provide a possibility to create such poster in short order and it is still free that is substantially also.

I am conceding that you have seen many posters on the Internet before. However, here it is – Bighugelabs.com. Of course, there are many cool things and possibilities on the page. However, this is your concern. I just want to show you how easy it is to create your own motivation posters by using their Motivator.

Recession Proof Adventures

“If we do not find anything very pleasant, at least we shall find something new.”

Voltaire

It seems that more distant trips this year will stay away. I will not go deep why (you can hear it on the news) – I just want to share how to avoid frustration in this case. No, I’m not going to sell an audio course or something like although it could be possible to write a treatise about this theme. Actually it is very short and simple – if you spend your weekends or off days more different, more colourful than your working days you can relax your mind and you will feel ready for the next black-letter day. Of course you will be tired physical most likely but as you know all is in your head – if your mind will be immune from your everyday _____________ (you fill in) you will get a new load of energy. Essential here is do not to stay indoors in solitude with your excuses. Yet more I recommend to implement it in your prosaic side. For example try to change your everyday route: home – work – ? – home within limits. Needless to mention that ten holiday adventures can cost you as many as one tour to an instant wry tower:-).

“Nothing so liberalizes a man and expands the kindly instincts that nature put in him as travel and contact with many kind of people.”

This motivation poster I made about a motorcycle trip to the Carpathian Mountains (Ukraine, Romania). We started it on the sunny morning of June 28, 2008 three together but completed it in incomplete staff. One of us constained to return from midway. I was that one (@#$!&% :-) ). I will not flush here but two things I must to mention here – preparation and travelling companions. First of all preparation for the trip, especially concerning a vehicle. I’m not a tech guy and don’t like to tinker for hours in the garage. Of course I can manage a regular maintenance but this proved insufficient for the trip about 6000 km’s lenghtwise. I concluded for myself – if I fury like to knock about with my bike I must love it as my family member :-) . Of course you can’t prepare for everything but more preparde you’ll be more comfotable you’ll fell in unforseeable circumstances. Secondly – travelling companions. Actually I will not say nothing but thank you guys (Leonid, Sergey) for support and patience. They seated with me two days in the Ivano Frankovsk (Ukraine) while local Edissons reconstructed a camshaft for my Dominator so that I can get home. They stand by my side and of course sermonized :-) about keeping in order a vehicle. I will gad about with these two more (of course if they will want:-)). So, enjoy some moments of the trip. Those will keep my motivation to return to Karphatians again.

“Learn something new avery day under the sun. You will never get old if you do.”

I made this motivation poster/movie for upkeeping my motivation to come back to the work on an enduro track that we started last year. It stared from a quick brain-child in winter of 2008 about using a grassland, firebreaks and old logging passes within the wood of my ancestries for creating an enduro track for self enjoyment and improvement of riding skills. Sometimes it happens in life – concerning to driving there’s no problem to find confederates, but what concerning some work… However involvement came from an unexpected side – two eleven and nine years old persons extended a honest involvment into the further trend of events. With two so selfmotivated baterries:-) such skeptic like me rejoin an array. This motivation poster is dedicated to my boys through and through with true appreciation.
