“Emotional fitness” – I liked this term. We have no doubt about utility of physical fitness. We are ready to spend our money and time (both often wrong much) to stay in shape. Our emotional ability needs to apply the same effort. Maybe it is worth it to rellocate our resources to improve the situation in this area.
